A Pelham native, Christina played Division I soccer at Quinnipiac University. Shortly after graduation, Christina was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Through her battle with cancer, she found motivation and strength inspiring her to promote healthy lifestyles through fitness and personal training. Christina is often heard to tell her clients: “You are your only limit!”

Dave became an ACE Certified Trainer in 1999 during his collegiate baseball career and he later played in independent leagues throughout the mid-west. Over the course of his playing days, Dave incurred his share of major injuries and learned quite a bit about physical therapy, rehabilitation, training and recovery. Those experiences became engrained, much to the benefit of those who train with him. Dave has experienced nearly every aspect of the fitness industry over the past 20 years, but always finds himself going back to his first love: personal training.

Anna gets an overwhelming sense of joy watching her clients undergo body transformations as she puts them on a regimen and guides them toward achieving their fitness goals. As a mom of three children, she has the insight, the sensitivity and, last but not least—real life experience—when it comes to women who are either pre- or post natal.
She herself gained a lot of weight with each pregnancy and knows firsthand what it feels like to be in “that place.” She loves to help people grow into stronger, healthier and better versions of themselves. Anna moved here from Sweden when she was just 19 years old. She has an extensive background as a ballet, jazz and tap dancer.

This led me to the world of coaching and competing in the NPC. The gym keeps my physical and mental health at it’s best, and I love improving these aspects for my clients!
