A Pelham native, Christina played Division I soccer at Quinnipiac University. Shortly after graduation, Christina was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. Through her battle with cancer, she found motivation and strength inspiring her to promote healthy lifestyles through fitness and personal training. Christina is often heard to tell her clients: “You are your only limit!”

Richard Rivera

Personal Trainer

Richard Rivera is a Certified NASM Personal Trainer.
He has experience creating training programs for people with varied needs and goals. His clientele runs from a range of individuals seeking to improve health, fitness, and strength to athletic teams aiming to enhance performance, movement, and endurance in their sport.

All bodies are UNIQUE. There is no cookie-cutter approach to realizing well-being and fitness. Focusing on the individual’s specific goals is a primary step in developing a plan to achieve
results and experience improvement.

Personal Trainer

Dave became an ACE Certified Trainer in 1999 during his collegiate baseball career and he later played in independent leagues throughout the mid-west.  Over the course of his playing days, Dave incurred his share of  major injuries and learned quite a bit about physical therapy, rehabilitation, training and recovery. Those experiences became engrained, much to the benefit of those who train with him. Dave has experienced nearly every aspect of the fitness industry over the past 20 years, but always finds himself going back to his first love: personal training.

Anna gets an overwhelming sense of joy watching her clients undergo body transformations as she puts them on a regimen and guides them toward achieving their fitness goals. As a mom of three children, she has the insight, the sensitivity and, last but not least—real life experience—when it comes to women who are either pre- or post natal.


She herself gained a lot of weight with each pregnancy and knows firsthand what it feels like to be in “that place.” She loves to help people grow into stronger, healthier and better versions of themselves. Anna moved here from Sweden when she was just 19 years old. She has an extensive background as a ballet, jazz and tap dancer.




Hi there! My name is Mary Nesvadba and I was born in Houston, TX. I started dancing at a very young age and had the honor of having a beautiful dance career and traveling the world! After dance, I transitioned into the field of fitness. As a dancer, there is a lot of wear and tear on the body. I found that my body felt more balanced and stronger with less injuries through Pilates and strength training. My certifications include NASM, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pre and Post Natal Specialist, Stott Pilates Certified in Postural Analysis, Mat, Reformer and Strength Training. I can customize a personal training program to fit your needs! My husband and I and our two cats are so happy to be in Peekskill and I am beyond excited to be a part of the Level Fitness family!!!

So far I did my assessment with Mary and then one training session. I am scheduled to have another session with her this coming Thursday morning and I’m very much looking forward to it! Mary is great! She’s very friendly and easy to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and understands my goals and my current limitations after my knee injury. I had a great experience with my assessment and first session. I learned new things and got in a really good full-body workout. She pushed me just the right amount and knew when it was time to take a rest. She is very motivating and I am excited to keep working with her!
