LEVEL FITNESS POLICY & PROCEDURES
GUEST POLICY
- Each guest must have an ID
- Guests must be 18 years or older
- Guest waiver must be completed every visit
- For all guests of current members, the member must be active and present in the club at the same time as their guest
- 1 guest per member per visit
CHECK IN / OUT PROCESS
- All Members and Guests must check in at the Front Desk to Enter
AMENITY GUIDELINES
- Locker rooms are open
- SAUNAS AND STEAMROOMS ARE NOW OPEN!
- Salt Room, Showers and Hydromassage are OPEN
- The basketball court is OPEN to Level 2 and Level 3 members only, no guest allowed unless a guest pass is purchased.
- Water fountains and vending machines are fully operational
- PT appointments available
- Fitness Assessment appointments available
CLEANING, SANITIZING, DISINFECTING
- All LEVEL Fitness team members are dedicated to clean, sanitize, disinfect high touch areas, door handles etc.
- Our members commit to cleaning equipment before and after use
- Daily cleaning protocols are updated to match CDC and NYS Guidelines, including high tech fogger sanitizing machines
YOUR MEMBERSHIP
FREEZING YOUR ACCOUNT
A general freeze allows you to freeze your account for up to 3 months within a calendar year for $10.00 per month. If you are a college student you can freeze your account for up to 6 months at no additional cost. To freeze your account email – deena@levelfitnessclubs.com
CANCELING YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Please review your agreement for a full explanation on our cancellation.
- Month to month memberships require a 30 day written notice via email to – deena@levelfitnessclubs.com.
- Early termination of a 12 month contract may be subject to an Early Termination Penalty fee of $150. All moneys paid pursuant to such contract cancelled for the reasons contained in this subdivision shall be refunded within fifteen days of receipt of such notice of cancellation.
